IHG Hotel East, BLDG 11332 at Fort Bliss, Fort Bliss, Texas.

Experience with staff has been pleasant. Rooms are converted barracks rooms. Furniture and bed are all fine. The TV channel listings show HBO but the channel doesn't work. The laundry room has plenty of machines and they are free to use.

My biggest complaint is the room temperature. There is no ability to control the AC and it is uncomfortably hot all the time. There is a small fan provided in the room that I basically have to keep on me at all times.
